Who we are. NoLegalPaisa is operated by Kaahmuchee Solution Private Limited, a private professional-services and consultancy firm. We are not a government body and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a representative of FSSAI, DGFT, CDSCO, the Ministry of AYUSH, the Ministry of MSME, GeM, any Real Estate Regulatory Authority, State Drugs Control or Legal Metrology department, or any other government authority. All official registrations are granted only by the respective government departments.
What our fee covers. Any amount payable to us is a professional service charge for assistance — eligibility assessment, advisory, documentation, application drafting, online filing and departmental follow-up. It is not a government fee.
Government & statutory fees are separate. Official application, statutory, examination, inspection and training fees (where applicable) are payable directly to the concerned authority or institute and are not included in our professional fee. Some registrations — such as Udyam (MSME) and GeM seller registration — carry no government fee at all; please be cautious of anyone charging inflated "government fees" for these.
Pricing is event-based. Because the right scope depends on your business activity, entity type, state, number of premises/products and any add-on services, we do not display a single fixed price. A precise written quote is shared after a short review of your requirement.
Grant is at the authority's discretion. Approval of any licence or registration rests solely with the relevant government authority and is subject to document scrutiny and, where applicable, inspection, qualified personnel and premises/quality compliance. We do not and cannot guarantee approval, and any indicative timelines vary with departmental workload and state-specific rules.
