4.2. The information provided on our Platform is for general informational purposes only and should not be construed as legal advice.
4.3. Legal professionals on our platform are independent contractors and not employees of NoLegalPaisa. We are not responsible for the quality, timing, or accuracy of the services provided by these professionals.
4.4. Service fees are as displayed on the Platform at the time of booking. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy.
4.5. Scheduled appointments may be rescheduled or canceled according to our Cancellation Policy.
5.1. You agree not to use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
5.2. You agree not to attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform.
5.3. You agree not to provide any false or misleading information when using our services.
5.4. You agree not to impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
5.5. You agree not to harass, threaten, or otherwise engage in abusive behavior toward other users, legal professionals, or NoLegalPaisa staff.
6.1. The Platform and all content, features, and functionality thereof, including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by NoLegalPaisa, its licensors, or other providers of such material.
6.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Platform without our prior written consent.
6.3. Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding the Platform is entirely voluntary, and we will be free to use such feedback, comments, or suggestions without any obligation to you.
7.1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NoLegalPaisa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
7.2. In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using the Platform during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
7.3. The limitations of liability set forth above are fundamental elements of the basis of the bargain between NoLegalPaisa and you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NoLegalPaisa, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
10.1. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
10.2. The number of arbitrators shall be one. The seat, or legal place, of arbitration shall be Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English.
10.3. Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support@nolegalpaisa.com.
11.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. All changes are effective immediately when posted and apply to all access to and use of the Platform thereafter.
11.2. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
12.1. We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Platform, without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is in violation of these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
12.2. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.
