It covers only the deliverables expressly listed in the pricing plan above and nothing else.

Digital Signature Certificate (DSC / DLC): If a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) or any class of digital signing credential is required for any part of the process or for an underlying incorporation/filing, the cost of procuring such DSC/DLC is NOT included in the above fee and will be charged extra at actuals.
Government & Statutory Charges: All government fees, statutory dues, stamp duty, MCA/RoC incorporation charges, professional tax, notarisation, IP-filing official fees, Inter-Ministerial Board (IMB) tax-exemption application fees and any other levies imposed by any authority are NOT included in the professional fee and are payable separately by the client at actuals. While the DPIIT recognition itself carries no government fee, related/underlying services may.

Additional Services

  • Company / LLP / Partnership incorporation, if not already done, is a separate service with its own fee.
  • Section 80-IAC tax exemption, Section 56 angel-tax exemption, Seed Fund applications, trademark/patent filing, website, pitch deck or video production are not part of this package and are quoted separately.
  • Any re-filing, appeal, or additional government query beyond standard query-handling may attract additional professional charges.

The indicated timeline of 3–7 working days is indicative only and begins after receipt of complete, accurate and verified documents and information. Actual processing time depends entirely on the DPIIT / Startup India Portal, government workload, accuracy of submissions and any clarifications sought by the Department.
