About this service. Virtual Legal Counsel (VLC) is a subscription-based, remote
in-house legal function for startups and MSMEs, delivered by qualified professionals on the
NoLegalPaisa network. Each plan gives you access to a dedicated counsel and a fixed monthly
bundle of contract drafting/review, 30-minute legal consultation sessions, a compliance
check, priority support (on the Standard and Advance plans) and guaranteed weekly dedicated
offline hours used to proactively build and maintain your legal foundation. It is designed
to replace the need for an unaffordable full-time General Counsel while avoiding the
unpredictable cost of purely reactive law-firm engagements.
What the plans include. Each plan provides a fixed monthly allowance of contract
drafts/reviews and 30-minute consultation sessions, a compliance check (standard, or custom
strategy & compliance on the Advance plan), priority support where stated, and a set
number of dedicated offline working hours per week. "Contract drafting/review" refers to
standard commercial documents of reasonable length and complexity; unusually long,
multi-party, bespoke or specialised matters may be scoped separately.
Fair usage policy. Monthly allowances are provided on a fair-usage basis for the
genuine, ongoing legal needs of a single business entity. Allowances — contracts,
consultations and offline hours — are personal to your account: they cannot be pooled across
multiple entities, transferred, shared, resold or stockpiled, and any unused units lapse at
the end of each monthly billing cycle. Each unit of "contract drafting/review" covers one
standard commercial document of reasonable length; very long, complex, multi-party or
specialised documents may consume more than one unit or be re-scoped by mutual agreement.
Consultation sessions are 30 minutes each and should be booked in advance, subject to
counsel availability. Dedicated offline hours are applied on a best-effort basis within the
relevant week and are not a guarantee of any specific deliverable within that time. We
reserve the right to conduct a fair-usage review and to re-scope, pause or decline service
where usage is excessive, abusive, automated, or materially outside the intended scope of
the plan.
Nature of the service. VLC is an advisory and document-support service delivered
remotely on a subscription basis. It provides general and transaction-level legal support;
it does not, by itself, create an engagement for litigation or court representation, which —
where required — is scoped and engaged separately. Specialised work such as litigation,
registrations, audits and filings before authorities may attract additional fees outside the
monthly plan.
No guaranteed outcome. Legal advice reduces risk; it cannot eliminate it. We do not
guarantee any specific commercial, regulatory or dispute outcome. All advice is based on the
information and documents you provide, and the accuracy and completeness of that information
remains your responsibility.
Pricing & billing. All prices (₹6,999 / ₹14,999 / ₹29,999 per month) are exclusive
of applicable taxes (GST) and are billed monthly. Plans renew until cancelled in line with
the engagement terms and can be upgraded as your needs grow.
