1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

1.1. Welcome to Rajah, an AI-powered legal information assistant operated on the NoLegalPaisa.com platform (hereinafter “Platform”) and owned by Kaahmuchee Solution Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (hereinafter referred to as “KSPL”, and together referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”). Rajah is designed to make general legal information accessible to the general public as a first step towards understanding legal concepts, procedures, and rights.

1.2. By accessing, registering for, or using Rajah in any manner, you (hereinafter “User”, “you”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and any other policies published on the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and Rajah.

1.3. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and KSPL. KSPL reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of Rajah after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Disclaimers and Limitations

2.1. No Legal Advice: Rajah provides general legal information and explanations only. Nothing communicated by Rajah, whether in text, summary, analysis, or any other form, constitutes legal advice, a legal opinion, or a solicitor-client or advocate-client relationship of any kind. You must not rely on Rajah's responses as a substitute for professional legal advice specific to your circumstances. In particular, Rajah does not,

1. 2.1.1. Advise you on whether to pursue or defend any legal claim or dispute;
2. 2.1.2. Draft, review or validate any legal document, contract, agreement, petition, or pleading on your behalf;
3. 2.1.3. Provide advice on the specific facts of your individual legal matter/issue;
4. 2.1.4. Represent, advocate for, or act in any professional or fiduciary legal capacity;
5. 2.1.5. Guarantee accuracy, completeness or currentness of any legal information provided;
6. 2.1.6. Create any form of privilege, confidentiality, or attorney-client protection.

2.3. Accuracy and Completeness: KSPL endeavours to ensure that the information provided by Rajah is accurate and up to date; however, laws, regulations, and judicial interpretations change frequently. KSPL does not warrant or represent that any information provided by Rajah is accurate, complete, current, or fit for any particular purpose. KSPL disclaims all liability for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in Rajah's responses.

2.4. Jurisdiction and Applicability: The legal information provided by Rajah is primarily based on the laws of the Republic of India. References to foreign laws, regulations, or legal systems, if any, are for general informational purposes only. Rajah may not have information about local, state-specific, or international laws relevant to your situation.

3 Service Description

3.1. Rajah is an AI-powered chatbot that responds to user queries relating to general legal topics, legal terminology, statutory provisions, judicial processes, and other law-adjacent matters. Rajah is designed as a first-step educational resource to help the general public understand fundamental aspects of the law in an accessible language.

3.2. The Platform and Rajah are made available through the website NoLegalPaisa.com and any associated mobile or web applications. Access to Rajah is subject to the subscription tier selected by the User.

4 Subscription Tiers, Pricing, Message Limits and Refunds

4.1. Subscription Tiers: Rajah is available across three subscription tiers. The features and limitations applicable to each tier are as follows:

4.2. Payment Terms

1. 4.2.1. Payments for Tier 2 and Tier 3 subscriptions are due in advance at the commencement of each billing cycle.
2. 4.2.2. KSPL accepts payments solely through third-party payment gateways. All transactions are processed through such gateways as listed on the Platform.
3. 4.2.3. All transactions being processed through third-party payment gateways, KSPL does not have access to and does not store your card or banking details. Your use of payment services is also subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant payment gateway provider.
4. 4.2.4. In case of a failed or disputed transaction, you must contact KSPL at the support email provided on the Platform within 7 (seven) days of the transaction. However, KSPL shall not be liable in any such case unless the disputed payment has been transferred to KSPL by the third-party payment gateway.

4.3. Further conditions

1. 4.3.1. All prices are exclusive of GST. Applicable GST will be charged in addition to the stated subscription price.
2. 4.3.2. The “daily message limit” refers to the total number of user-initiated messages (queries) permitted within any rolling 24-hour period, calculated from the time of your first message within that window.
3. 4.3.3. Unused messages do not carry over to the next 24-hour window or billing cycle under any tier.
4. 4.3.4. The 30-day billing cycle for Tier 2 and Tier 3 commences on the date of successful subscription payment.
5. 4.3.5. Prices are subject to revision by KSPL at its sole discretion. Users on active paid subscriptions will be notified of any price changes at least 15 (fifteen) days prior to the next billing cycle.
6. 4.3.6. Tier 1 (the Free Tier) is provided without any charges, but subject to availability and KSPL’s right to modify, suspend, or discontinue free access at any time, without any prior notice/intimation.

4.4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. 4.4.1. Subscriptions to Tier 2 and Tier 3 are non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced, except where required by applicable law.
2. 4.4.2. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on the Platform. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the then-current billing cycle; no pro-rated refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the billing cycle.
3. 4.4.3. KSPL reserves the right to suspend or terminate a subscription without refund in cases of breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or fraudulent activity.

5 User Eligibility and Registration

5.1. Registration is only required for using Rajah under one of the paid tiers. No registration is required to use Rajah on the free tier.

5.2. You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age to register for and use Rajah. By using Rajah, or by registering to use Rajah (in the case of paid tiers), you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

5.3. For registered users

1. 5.3.1. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and maintain the accuracy of such information at all times.
2. 5.3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify KSPL immediately at support@nolegalpaisa.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

5.4. KSPL reserves the right to refuse usage or registration or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.

6 Permitted Use and Prohibited Conduct

6.1. Permitted Use: You may use Rajah solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes of seeking general legal information and education. You agree to use Rajah in good faith and in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

6.2. Prohibited Use: You must not:

1. 6.2.1. Use Rajah to seek, obtain, or attempt to obtain specific legal advice on any individual legal matter, dispute, litigation or transaction;
2. 6.2.2. Submit queries that contain personally identifiable information (hereinafter “PII”) of third parties without their consent;
3. 6.2.3. Use Rajah for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose;
4. 6.2.4. Attempt to circumvent, bypass, or manipulate Rajah’s message limits, subscription tiers, or any other access controls;
5. 6.2.5. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying model of Rajah;
6. 6.2.6. Use any automated tool, bot, script, or mechanism to access or interact with Rajah other than as a natural user;
7. 6.2.7. Reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit Rajah’s outputs without KSPL’s prior written consent;
8. 6.2.8. Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code;
9. 6.2.9. Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
10. 6.2.10. Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform or Rajah;
11. 6.2.11. Use Rajah in any manner that could bring KSPL, the Platform, or Rajah into disrepute.

7 Intellectual Property Rights

7.1. All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform, Rajah (including its AI models, outputs, design, software, and content), and NoLegalPaisa.com are owned by or licensed to KSPL. These Terms do not grant you any rights to KSPL's intellectual property, other than a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use Rajah strictly in accordance with these Terms.

7.2. You retain ownership of the content and queries you submit to Rajah. However, by submitting queries, you grant KSPL a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, process, and analyse such queries for the purpose of operating, improving, and developing Rajah and related services, subject to our Privacy Policy.

7.3. You must not use KSPL's/NLP’s name, logo, trademarks, or brand elements without prior written consent.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

8.1. KSPL processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy available on the Platform, and in compliance with applicable Indian data protection laws, including the DPDP Act, 2025, to the extent applicable and in force.

8.2. By using Rajah, you consent to the collection, storage, processing, and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Your queries and interactions with Rajah may be stored and used for service improvement purposes. You should avoid sharing sensitive personal information (such as Aadhaar numbers, financial account details, or medical information) in your queries.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KSPL, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of or inability to use Rajah; (b) any reliance placed on information provided by Rajah; (c) any legal outcome, decision, or action taken based on Rajah's outputs; or (d) any unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

9.2. Rajah’s outputs are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. KSPL does not warrant that Rajah will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from defects.

9.3. In no event shall KSPL's aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount paid by you to KSPL in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Indemnification

10.1. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KSPL, NoLegalPaisa.com, their directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of Rajah in an unlawful or prohibited manner; (c) your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party; or (d) your reliance on Rajah's outputs for any legal or other decision.

11 Availability, Modifications and Termination

11.1. KSPL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Rajah (or any part thereof), with or without notice, at any time.

11.2. KSPL may update, upgrade, or change the features of any subscription tier at its discretion. Material changes (except upgrades) to paid tiers will be communicated to active subscribers at least 15 days before they take effect.

11.3. KSPL may terminate or suspend your access to Rajah immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any breach of these Terms, or for any other reason at KSPL’s sole discretion.

11.4. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and you must cease all use of Rajah.

12 Third-Party Links and Services

12.1. Rajah may contain links to third-party websites, resources, or services. Such links are provided for convenience only. KSPL does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Your interactions with third-party services are governed solely by the terms applicable to those services.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

13.2. In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of Rajah, or any breach thereof, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through good-faith negotiations within 30 (thirty) days of written notice of the dispute.

13.3. If the dispute remains unresolved, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Mumbai, Maharashtra. The arbitration shall be conducted in English by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties.

13.4. Subject to the above, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters not subject to arbitration.

14 Consumer Rights

14.1. Nothing in these Terms is intended to, nor shall it operate to, exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any other applicable consumer protection legislation in India. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these Terms.

15 Force Majeure

15.1. KSPL shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms arising out of or caused by circumstances beyond KSPL's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, epidemic, government actions, internet outages, power failures, or cyberattacks.

16 Severability

16.1. If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, such provision shall, to that extent, be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

17 Entire Agreement

17.1. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies or notices published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and KSPL with respect to your use of Rajah, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
