Legal Protection for Every Individual & Family

1. Eligibility & definition of "Family"

Both plans are exclusively for individuals and their directly related family for personal and household legal needs. For these plans, "family" means directly related members only — the primary subscriber together with their spouse, dependent children, and parents, ordinarily residing in the same household.

• Cover does not extend to extended relatives (cousins, in-laws beyond spouse/parents), friends, domestic staff, tenants, business associates, or any unrelated third parties.
• Each subscription covers one family unit. Matters concerning unrelated individuals require their own separate subscription.
• Not available to businesses, firms, companies, LLPs, proprietorships, societies, or for any commercial, trade or professional purpose.

2. Nature of services & legal relationship

Consultations, chatbot responses and drafting provide general legal information and preliminary guidance only.

• They do not, by themselves, constitute a formal legal opinion, court or tribunal representation, or create a lawyer–client relationship unless a separate engagement is agreed in writing.
• The 24/7 chatbot is automated and may not be accurate for complex or fact-specific situations; always confirm important matters with a human professional.
• Services exclude court appearances, government/court filing fees, stamp duty, and any third-party costs.
• Matters needing specialised expertise or litigation may be referred to a separate, paid professional engagement.

3. Plan allowances & fair use

Monthly entitlements (consultations, drafting, reviews and sessions) apply per billing month and reset each cycle.

• Unused allowances do not roll over, accumulate, or convert to cash.
• Benefits are subject to fair use; excessive, abusive or commercial-volume usage may be limited or suspended.
• Each consultation is of a standard duration and each drafting is limited to standard notices/letters of reasonable length.
• The Premium contract review and family legal documentation suite session are subject to scope and complexity limits.

4. Billing, pricing & taxes

Both plans are annual subscriptions, billed once a year in advance.

• Essential — ₹3,588 per year (≈ ₹299 per month). Premium — ₹9,588 per year (≈ ₹799 per month).
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST), which are added at checkout unless stated otherwise.
• Subscriptions may renew annually unless cancelled; renewal notices are issued per platform policy.

5. Discounts & offers

The 5% (Essential) and 10% (Premium) member discounts apply only to professional services listed on the NoLegalPaisa platform.

• Discounts apply for the duration of the active subscription, cannot be clubbed with other offers or coupons, and carry no cash value.
• They do not apply to government fees, third-party charges, or any services outside the platform.

6. Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel renewal at any time, which stops all future renewals.

• Annual fees are generally non-refundable once services have commenced, except where required by law or expressly stated in the Terms.
• Any refund eligibility is governed by the platform's Refund Policy.

7. Confidentiality, data & liability

Communications are treated as confidential in line with the Privacy Policy and applicable law, and personal data is processed only to deliver the services.

• To the extent permitted by law, NoLegalPaisa's total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid by the member.
• NoLegalPaisa is not liable for the outcome of any dispute, decisions taken on the basis of general guidance, or services rendered by third-party professionals.

8. Changes & governing law

Plan features, pricing and these terms may be revised with prior notice.

• These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction stated in the Terms of Service.
• All services are subject to availability and the full NoLegalPaisa Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which prevail in case of any inconsistency.
